📌 1. Mindset Came First


The biggest shift wasn’t in my diet or workout plan—it was in my mindset. I stopped focusing on the number on the scale and started focusing on how I felt:


Was I sleeping better?


Did I have more energy?


Was I feeling less anxious?



Once I stopped chasing perfection and started chasing progress, everything changed.

🥦 2. Simple Food Swaps Made a Huge Differenc


White rice ➜ cauliflower rice or quinoa


Soda ➜ sparkling water with lemon


Chips ➜ air-popped popcorn or roasted chickpeas


Takeout ➜ homemade stir-fry with lean protein and veggies

🏋️Move Body Every Day


20-minute walks after dinner


Beginner yoga on YouTube


Dancing around the house (seriously—it counts!)



Eventually, I found workouts I enjoyed—strength training and spin classes—and now I look forward to exercising

💡 5. What I LearnedProgress isn’t linear. Some weeks you lose, some you don’t—but that’s normal.


Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s.


Sleep and stress matter just as much as food and exercise.


You don’t need to be perfect to see results. Just be consistent.
